Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy applicable to all customers. If you encounter any problems or issues with a product, please contact us via email at yezdaystore@gmail.com
Please note that returns cannot be accepted, and refunds or exchanges cannot be provided if 30 days have passed since your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in excellent condition, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our official email: yezdaystore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, a shipping label and instructions on where to return the package will be provided.
Note: Shipping is free for defective products. However, if a customer mistakenly purchases a product in the wrong colour or brand, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping for the said item.
Return Terms and Conditions
- You will need to provide your original order number, so have this information readily available.
- You will also be asked for the reason for your return or refund claim (this information will be used for our records).
- Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are for products only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items accepted for return must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please provide a receipt or any proof of purchase.
- Do not return items to the address written on the package. Our warehouse does not have the capacity to handle such returns.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted if the error or issue arises from the customer's side.
Cancellation & Modification
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After 30 minutes, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out at no cost to you. We apologize if you have received a damaged product. Quality and care are core values here, and we will handle all claims promptly.

Return Shipping Costs
- No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.
Refund
We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and inform you whether it was approved. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that we first offer exchange or replacement whenever possible. A return/refund is only offered if we fails to provide a replacement.
