1. What materials are your smartphone cases made of?

Our smartphone cases are made from durable 2D TPU material with a comfortable grip on the sides. They are designed to be precise, stylish, and protective.

2. Do you offer cases for specific phone models?

Yes, we offer cases for various phone models from popular brands. You can find cases for your specific phone model by browsing our website or using the search bar.

3. Can I customize a smartphone case with my own design?

Yes we can acceptable to customize design 

Ordering and Shipping:

1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete the order.

2. How long does shipping take?

The estimated delivery time to United States for USPS shipments is usually 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. And estimated delivery time to World Wide for USPS Shipments is usually 14-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or postal service disruptions.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on international shipping rates and delivery times.

Returns and Refunds:

1. What is your return policy?

Eligibly for returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. Unfortunately, if it's been more than 30 days since your delivery, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Refund Process:

After we receive and review your returned item(s), we will notify you via email to confirm receipt.
If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly exchange it for a new one as per your order. Please contact us via email for the exchange process.

Non-returnable Items

Personalized and custom items are non-returnable, except if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please reach out to us for assistance.
